We continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating compelling content and managing client social media accounts, executing community management across various social platforms, developing and running email marketing campaigns, orchestrating influencer campaigns and giveaways, and preparing detailed reports to showcase campaign performance. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for all things marketing and social media.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across client social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to each client's voice and messaging.
- Content Creation: Creating and editing short-form video + reel content, specifically for social media. Content will feature apartment tours, event promotions, event recaps, Denver-based itineraries, F&B content, small business spotlights, etc. This person must have a strong understanding of how to emulate/replicate viral trends for client content.
- Community Management: Actively engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships to build client brand loyalty and increase audience interaction.
- Email Marketing: Create monthly email marketing newsletter campaigns in collaboration with the design department that align with client goals. This will include compiling client priorities, writing email copy, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Influencer Campaigns & Giveaways: Identify and collaborate with on-brand influencers relevant to client industries, manage giveaway promotions, and coordinate all campaign logistics.
- Trend & Partnership Research: Actively research fitting trends, styles, partners, and influencers for relevant clients. Spend time brainstorming innovative ideas for creating content that is current, exciting, and fitting for the target audience.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports showcasing campaign metrics, social media performance, email campaign statistics, and influencer engagement to clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns that align with client objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience designing and working within Canva
- Understanding of basic graphic design principles and processes, especially as it relates to designing for social media
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management at a marketing agency
- Excellent communication skills to thrive within a remote work environment with clients from around the country
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to switch between different tones of voice for each client
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, etc.) and tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Canva)
- Familiarity with email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Klavio)
- Experience with influencer partnerships and social media giveaways
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a passion for producing innovative and effective marketing solutions
